Cal vs. Washington Pick – NCAAF Week 2

The Jacob Eason era got off to a fast start for the Washington Huskies in Week 1.

Eason threw using the Georgia Bulldogs in his first touchdown pass because 2016. He was not likely to overtake Jake Fromm as the newcomer at UGA, so that he transferred to some place where it had been close to a lock he would be enjoying.
Eason made a fantastic choice with moving to not just a place but for a rival who has a shot at anything. Washington didn’t have much of a test against Eastern Washington. However, they came prepared to play in a match that they could have gone through the moves in.
The California Golden Bears is going to be in town for the real test for both teams at the 2019 season. Cal were winners with a score of 27-13 contrary to UC-Davis in Week 1. UC-Davis are a much better team than promoted, so it might have been a trap spot for Cal to start the season.
They defeat San Jose State last season, an FBS college, then gave Stanford they can handle in a 30-10 loss. The Golden Bears got a huge performance out of running Christopher Brown Jr. because he gashed that the UC-Davis for 197 yards on 5.5 yards per carry. Marcel Dancy also dashed for 6.4 yards per carry on 6.4 yards per carry.
Justin Wilcox took the reins in Cal and he changed the culture . Together with Jarred Goff off into the NFL, Cal needed to quit relying on having to score 50 points a game and rely . The defense has been transformed by wilcox to a few of the units that were leading into the worst at the Pac-12.
Without needing to score an offensive touchdown cal beat Washington last year, 12-10. That’s crazy to think earlier Wilcox became head coach, at which the Golden Bears were considering. Head below for our free Cal vs. Washington pick.

Cal leaned heavily on their defense to finish with a record of 7-5 going in the Cheez-It Bowl. Their defense was once again lights out from TCU, but it was not enough in a 10-7 loss. Place this defense and Cal will be favorites at the Pac-12. I could say, however, that there isn’t quite as much stress on the defense than previously. The Golden Bears play with the ball ownership game instead of going lightning quickly. The shield had no time whatsoever to break.
The Golden Bears finished 16th nationwide with only 319 yards in 2018. They also permitted only 21.4 points per match. And this was in the Pac-12 in which they had to play with a few offenses that are good. Cal n’t beat up against crimes who couldn’t put one foot in front of the other. Washington State arizona, Oregon, USC, and Stanford were on their schedule. Going back to last season is meaningless given roll up, however, Cal return everyone.
This is a team, with everybody back on protection. Within their last seven games of this 2018 season, Cal allowed just 14.9 points per match. If linebacker Cameron Goode did not blow his knee out in 21, they might have been even better last year. He looked powerful against UC-Davis, contributing to the win with a sack and has been fit. They’re definitely among the defenses in the nation.
Quarterback Chase Garbers is back for Cal. Wilcox hopes to watch him take leaps forward after throwing for 14 touchdowns and 10 interceptions . Garbers rushed for 420 yards and two touchdowns too. He faces a difficult matchup against a Washington defense that is solid. There is not much expertise about the Huskies.
Myles Bryant and seniors Benning Potoa’e would be the only returning starters. The secondary saw four of five players graduating. They’re going to be demanding, but can not see them as strong as last season. This ought to allow Garbers and the Cal crime to play enough against the Huskies from Washington. 14 points sounds like a lot of points given the ability of Cal . Washington triumph, but the Golden Bears have a good deal of value for the pay.
