Temple vs. East Carolina NCAAF Pick – Week 6

Week 6 of the school football program kicks off Thursday night with a couple games. East Carolina along with temple is the biggest game of the day, if youre able to connect it with a significant game. Its simply because Georgia Southern and South Alabama is not likely to move. I done quite well on some of those random during the week, so draw them .
East Carolina and temple are equally above .500 going into Thursday. The season is quite well living for both of them. With respect to East Carolina, they havent beaten anyone, however. Their greatest win was against Old Dominion on the road.
Temple have wins over Maryland and Georgia Tech, so that they have a couple of games. ECU did triumph since underdogs on the street against Old Dominion. The Owls go using a record of 3-1, while ECU are at 3-2 night into Thursday. Temple were also a team not too long past.
It was in 2015 if Temple were playing Notre Dame with a chance. They ended up losing this game, and Temple was on a downslide pretty much ever since. The Owls have not recovered from that match and have not been much of a hazard since. In any event, Temple did go bowling. It didnt go well in a 56-17 loss to Duke, however.
Anthony Russo is back for the 2nd successive season, so that helps give a serviceable signal caller to Temple. Russo was down and up together with 14 touchdowns and 14 interceptions, so it wasnt a fantastic year . However Temple has someone capable enough to run the crime. We cant say for East Carolina together with Holton Ahlers. Head below to our free Temple vs. East Carolina pick.

Anthony Russo has come out shooting in 2019 with 10 touchdowns and 6 interceptions on the season for Temple. Hes only 4 touchdowns away from matching his total from this past year. Together with 1,071 passing yards, hes getting near half of the yardage he pitched in 2018. Hes directed the Owls in total into a respectable 433 yards per game. That is Great for 49th at the FBS. The player in the offense needs to become ReMahn Davis, however.
Davis is a newcomer playing like a grownup in the backfield for the Owls. Hes coming off a campaign against East Carolina a week. Davis has rushed for 346 yards over a 5.8-yard average per transport. East Carolina are all 68th in the country with 151.4 yards surrendered a match. And keep in mindthat the Pirates havent played with a good running group . Temple arent really good, but Davis should be able to find running lanes from this defensive unit.
The ECU defense is the least of the worries, however. Offensively, the Pirates have been anemic with Holton Ahlers conducting the offense. Ahlers has completed just 54.1percent of his passes and has passed for 4 touchdowns and 5 interceptions. He has had to problems leading this team into points, with just 21.5 points scored per game for 111th in the country. The excellent opponents theyve played so far have been NC State and Navy.
The area was run off . Them surfaced by a score of 34-6 and then 42-10 from Navy a few weeks ago. Their biggest win was vs Gardner Webb. Not exactly the competition. Another triumph of theirs this season came by a score of 19-8 against William & Mary. Temple would be their greatest win so far.
Meanwhile, Temple have wins over Maryland and Georgia Tech. Their defense was strong with only 17.3 points allowed per game. Notably, their secondary has been leading the way, allowing just 151.3 metres per game throughout the atmosphere. That is likely to be the difference in this matchup against a passing assault of East Carolina.
At first glance, those points all look appealing, but Im not likely to get suckered in with all the house puppy in this one. Temple should be in a position to control the pace of the match Thursday night and are far better. This isnt Chris Johnson ECU or even Gardner Minshew. Ahlers is currently going to find it tough to get the ball downfield about the Temple D with consistency. Search for the Owls to pull to get a 2-touchdown win.
